Overview

This website is operated by Dream Fury Comics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store runs on our own website, hosted by Vercel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.

You may not use our site or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, interfere with the site's security or operation, or upload viruses or other harmful code. We may refuse service to anyone who breaks these terms.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is placed when your payment is approved and you see the order confirmation page. A receipt is emailed to you.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities per person, household or order, for example when a product is sold out, a price or description was wrong, or an order looks fraudulent or appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Shipping is charged at checkout based on the method you choose; see our Shipping Policy. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Promotion codes can't be exchanged for cash and may have their own conditions, such as expiration dates.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping times, lost packages, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Product information

We try to describe and show our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately. Products may be available in limited quantities.

Our site may occasionally contain typos or errors in descriptions, prices or availability. We may correct them, and cancel affected orders with a full refund, even after an order is placed.

6. Our content and intellectual property

All content on this site, including our comics, artwork, characters, stories, logos and text, is owned by Dream Fury Comics or its creators and licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a comic gives you the physical copy for your personal enjoyment; it doesn't give you the right to copy, scan, distribute or adapt it. You may not reproduce, sell or exploit any part of this site without our written permission.

7. Comments, ideas and other submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other materials, whether we asked for them or not, we may use them without obligation to keep them confidential, pay you, or respond. You are responsible for anything you send us and agree it won't violate anyone's rights or contain anything unlawful or harmful.

8. Third-party services and links

Our site uses services from other companies, such as Stripe for checkout, and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Please review their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Except as stated in these terms or required by law, the site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dream Fury Comics and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that we incur because you broke these terms or the law, or violated someone else's rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't waived it. These terms and the policies they link to are the entire agreement between you and us about using the site.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.
